Location: A Romo’s Kitchen, 1025 A Street, Hayward (inside East Bay Eats)
Employment Type: Full-Time and/or Part-Time
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7 AM – 8 PM

We are a fast-growing Mexican-style cloud kitchen specializing in authentic Oaxacan cuisine, taquería favorites, and signature items from our café. From handmade tortillas, moles to flavorful tacos and specialty agua frescas, we take pride in delivering high-quality, chef-crafted meals through our app and kios online ordering for takeout and delivery. Our kitchen also offers all of our menu for catering. Our mission is to bring the richness of traditional Mexican flavors directly to our customers’ doors fresh, fast, and full of heart. We’re seeking a passionate and dependable Cook to join our team and be part of our growing culinary journey, preferably a cook originating from Oaxaca, Mexico.
Job Summary
The Cook will prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to set recipes and standards. Working in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment, the ideal candidate is efficient, clean, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to food safety and kitchen teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and portion sizes.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all orders for delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas at all times.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Assist in daily prep work, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries.
Communicate with the kitchen team and management to ensure smooth workflow.
Adapt to menu changes and seasonal offerings.
